An exceptional restaurant in Haguenau.
Tasted:
- The extraordinary half-cooked tuna (cooking and seasoning) + the accompaniment (aubergine, tomato + "gruyère" with a small tomato purée) Taken separately already exceptional, the whole in real delight. This dish is worthy of a Pierre TROIGROS (father, known for his salmon with sorrel)
- Scallops: also of great finesse, freshness and balance.
- The Iberian Pork Pluma in another register and currently typical of Parisian or Lyon brasseries is a must.
The environment and the service:
it's simple, functional, clean and comfortable...unpretentious, unobtrusive...just like the boss.
The service is sober, friendly, attentive and dedicated to the customer
A real pleasure and an extraordinary tasting. To discover, revisit and come back regularly.
The prices are too..........low compared to the quality of the products and dishes offered....we shouldn't say it but it's a reality.
A big thank you to this restaurateur (who is truly one) and these beautiful moments.
